The Farmer's Pledge

We pledge that our entire farming, processing, and marketing process will be based on ethical grounds and we will:

• Follow farming practices that help in the formation and maintenance of healthy soils by including processes like annual crop rotation, cover crops, compost, green manures, reduction in tillage, etc.
• Avoid using any kind of synthetic insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, and fertilizers as our way of showing respect to the soil, its people, and nature.
• Support the root cause of organic farming and farmers by preventing the use of GMOs, chemically treated seeds, synthetic toxic materials, irradiation, sewage sludge, and any other synthetic substances in our farming methods and post-harvest handling process.
• Promote humane and friendly treatment of livestock by allowing them to enjoy outdoors in the fresh air and feeding the ruminants the best quality pasture. We are strictly against incorporating any kind of hormones, GMOs, or antibiotics in feed and animal cruelty or alterations in general.

• Support small farmers and lead them to their road of success by spending on agricultural markets and infrastructures.
• Take steps to prevent soil erosion and pollution along with air and water pollution with our sustainable, nature-friendly, and responsible farming practices. Our goal is to preserve Mother Earth through the conservation of natural resources like the climate and the atmosphere.
• Practice cautious and healthy post-harvest handling practices to improve the nutritional content and value of food.
• Preserve and maximize the natural value and nutritional level of the food by negligible processing. We stand completely against using any kind of ultra-pasteurization techniques, excessive heat, synthetic preservatives, irradiation, or any other GMO processing supplements or preservatives. We care about you and your health so all the ingredients we use are listed on the labels.
